What’s the lead time?
In general, the lead time is 7-25 days. For ready stock, it will be sent out in one week. For customized orders, the lead time is 15-25 days.
How can you ship my goods?
There are mainly 3 shipment ways: by sea, by air, and by express.
- by sea: it’s the cheapest way for shipping, but it takes a long time to ship roughly 15-30 days. In general, it’s suitable for bulk orders.
- By air: it’s fast (roughly takes 3 days) but the cost is crazy.
- By express: it’s fast (roughly takes 1 week) but the cost is a little expensive.
- All of them can provide door-to-door service.
What’s the cost if i place an order?
The total cost is included in 3 parts: product, shipping, and tariff cost.
- Product: it’s the main cost for the total cost.
- Shipping cost: in general, the product cost is included in the shipping cost to Shanghai port, China. But the cost from Shanghai to your destination is not included, and need to pay extra.
- Tariff cost: it means the cost you have to pay to your Customs for importing goods.
